• Ingredients
Mochi Powder 100 g
Water 700 ml
Brown Sugar Syrup 100 ml
• Preparation Method
  1. Add water, brown sugar syrup, and mochi powder into a pot.
  2. Stir well until the powder is fully dissolved.
  3. Bring to a boil while stirring continuously.
  4. Cook for 1–2 minutes until smooth and slightly thickened.
  5. Turn off heat and pour into a container.
  6. Cool completely, then refrigerate before serving.
• Recommended Use (Optional)


Perfect as a chewy brown sugar topping for milk tea, fresh milk, smoothies, and dessert drinks.
