Beancurd Powder 100 g
Water 550 ml
• Preparation Method
  1. Add 100 g beancurd dessert powder and 550 ml cold water into a mixing bowl
  2. Stir thoroughly until the powder is completely dissolved
  3. Place the mixture on the stove and bring to a boil while stirring
  4. Once boiling, continue cooking for 60 seconds, stirring constantly
  5. Turn off heat and pour the mixture into a container or tray
  6. Skim off any foam on the surface
  7. Allow to cool to room temperature
  8. Refrigerate for 3 hours until fully set before serving
