Grass Jelly Powder : Water — 1 : 10
• Ingredients
Grass Jelly Powder 100 g
Water 1000 ml
Brown Sugar 60 g
• Preparation Method
  1. Bring water to a full boil
  2. Add grass jelly powder and brown sugar
  3. Stir continuously until fully dissolved
  4. Wait until the mixture boils again
  5. Turn off heat
  6. Strain completely for a smooth texture
  7. Let it cool down at room temperature
  8. Refrigerate until fully set
• Recommended Use (Optional)

Perfect for milk tea, iced desserts, and refreshing specialty drinks. Pairs especially well with Vietnamese coconut coffee for a rich creamy contrast, or winter melon herbal tea (Sâm Bí Đao) for a nostalgic Asian-style refreshing drink with smooth herbal sweetness and soft jelly texture.
