Heavy Cream 250 ml
Whole Milk 100 ml
Cheese Powder 80 g
Sugar 1.5 oz
• Preparation Method
  1. Combine heavy cream and whole milk in a mixing bowl
  2. Add cheese powder and sugar
  3. Whip at medium speed until fully dissolved
  4. Continue whipping until soft–medium peak (thick but still pourable)
  5. Chill before serving for best texture and stability
• Recommended Use (Optional)
