• Ingredients
Bubble Waffle Premix 1000 g
Water 667 ml
Whole Egg 100 g
Vegetable Oil 270 g
Vanilla Extract 40 g
• Preparation Method
  1. Add premix into mixing bowl.
  2. Add water, whole egg, and soybean oil.
  3. Mix on low speed for 1 minute.
  4. Increase to medium speed and mix until smooth batter forms.
  5. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes (giúp bột hydrate đều, waffle nở đẹp hơn).
  6. Preheat waffle mold to 170–180°C.
  7. Pour batter and bake for ~3 - 4 minutes until golden brown.

Ideal for bubble tea shops and dessert cafés. Pairs well with ice cream, fresh fruit, whipped cream, and brown sugar boba for a high-margin dessert item.
