We will ship the order(s) when final invoice is paid in full. We accept payment by Zelle, bank transfer or credit card under some circumstances. You are responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping fees associated with your order. 

4. Product Information: We make every effort to provide accurate and complete information about our products on the website. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, images, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you receive is not as described on the Site, your sole remedy is to return it in unused, excellent condition. Please send us an email as we are happy to discuss about the refund process.

5. Order Acceptance and Cancellation: We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your original method of payment has already been charged for an order that is subsequently canceled, we will issue a credit within 7 business days.

Shipping and Delivery: We currently ship orders to the United States. Method of delivery and tracking number will be noted in the invoice. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery failures caused by events outside of our control.

7. Returns and Refunds: We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 30 days of the date of purchase under limited conditions. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Upon validation, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product, less any shipping fees, once we have received and inspected the returned product.
